By using our platform, you agree to provide accurate and complete information during onboarding, including KYC verification details such as PAN, GST (if applicable), and bank information.

2. Vendor Responsibility

Vendors are solely responsible for the authenticity, quality, and legality of the products they list. Vendors must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Payments

All payments on ShopAvatar are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers such as Razorpay. We do not store sensitive payment information.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are subject to our Refund Policy. Customers may request returns or refunds as per the conditions defined there.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of fraudulent activity, misuse of the platform, or violation of these terms.
